We hope you all are having a great start to your Summer. We are so looking forward to all the fun things that the wonderful East Bay has for us to do here!
We wish to inform you of some changes we have made to some salon policies here at Bellezza Cristali. Please find them below. As always we thank you for all your continued love and support.
New Cancellation Policy
Effective Immediately we have a new cancellation policy. Please read below:
Bellezza Cristali’s understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
A credit card deposit is required to schedule any service priced at $300 or higher.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
Please note as of July 5th there will be a modest price increase on all of our services. This price increase is necessary to keep up with the rising costs on all our expenses, such as supplies, utilities, insurance, fuel charges from suppliers, vendor charges, etc.
